Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
Reservation are Required for all Pet Stays.Copy of Current and Up-To-Date Vaccinations are required.Dogs: Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (for kennel cough).Cats: Rabies.
A Major Credit Card is required to Guarantee The Reservation.(American Express, Master Card, VISA or Discover Card)
Note: After your check-in is completed, later that day your credit card will be eliminated from our system. Therefore, when you check-in, you may either give us the same Card OR any Master Card/VISA- debit or Credit card, Discover Card, American Express, or CASH!
If you cancel within three (3) days before the day of scheduled arrival, there will be only a one (1) night fee charged to the Credit Card that was utilized to guarantee the reservation.
